This notice explains what data the Twin Suns Showdown tournament manager stores during tournaments, where it goes, and how it is used — so you know exactly what happens to information you enter.
If you create an account to organize tournaments, the following is stored on the app's servers:
When you run a tournament, the following details are stored in the app's cloud database and shared with anyone you give the tournament link to:
When a tournament is posted to the Hall of Records, its final standings become a public archive entry. This includes player names, leaders, deck links, total points, Strength of Schedule, and round-by-round scores. Archive entries remain visible until deleted by the organizer who posted them or an administrator.
When you paste a deck list link from swudb.com, that URL is sent to swudb.com to automatically fetch the deck name and aspects. No other user data is transmitted to third-party services.
The app records anonymous usage events (such as which buttons are tapped) to help improve the experience. These events do not include your name, email, or any tournament data you entered.
Active tournament data (players, pods, results) is kept while a tournament is in progress and is automatically removed once a tournament is archived and expires. Records posted to the Hall of Records are retained indefinitely until manually deleted.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secured servers. Access is restricted to the organizers and participants of each tournament.
Organizers can edit or delete tournament data at any time. Players who want their information corrected or removed should ask the tournament organizer to update or delete their entry.
This notice may be updated as the app's features change. Any updates will be reflected by revising the effective date above.
